Prescription refill requests may take up to 24 hours to be fulfilled.

Veterinarian Approval

All patient records are thoroughly reviewed and approved by one of our veterinarians before any prescription refills are processed.

Communication on Refill Status

Should we encounter any issues preventing us from processing a refill, a member of our team will promptly reach out to you.

Notification of Ready Prescription

Once your prescription order is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification via text message or phone call.

Please note that our prescription refill service is exclusively offered to established clients of Rose Creek Animal Clinic.
